Thabo Kgotso Motaung
Managing Director
Thabo is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience in the power generation sector. Holding a BTech in Mechanical Engineering, he has led critical performance testing and efficiency projects at major Eskom power stations, including Majuba, Lethabo, and Arnot. He provides the strategic and technical direction that drives BCT Vision’s nationwide services.
Hlaulani Chosen Maluleke
Technical Director
Chosen is a specialist in power plant performance testing and condition monitoring. With a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, his expertise includes boiler diagnostics, pulverized fuel analysis, and thermographic imaging. He brings a strong operational focus and a problem-solving mindset to every complex client engagement.
